I was into the fab four for about about year or so when I was 15 when I had this girlfriend who was all into them. Now everyone one of their songs reminds me of her. :icon220: but yeah, i was more into Floyd and Zep back then. :smokin:
the only place i've ever actually been in the UK is Hethrow Airport, changing planes to the 'dam, so i guess i'll have to say that is one of the things i love about the UK from actually being there. :jointsmile: hope to go back someday, tho, and check it all out.
imp: I used to live in Santa Monica and spent about every weekend and the Oars Head Pub, so I feel like I've already lived in the UK.

okay, let me add Kate Bush as one of the many things I love about the UK. and the Sundays, I love that girls voice too but I'm not really sure where they are from. :jointsmile:

^ no, I was talking about these guys. May be before your time, I haven't heard much new music in a while. I guess they are English. I think Harriet Wheeler had a pretty good solo carreer too. All those english bands were staples on the radio back in Cali when I lived there in my previous life. :jointsmile:
But, I mostly listened KNAC, Pure Hard Rock back then, tho. I can never get eneough Motorhead . :smokin:

Harriet Wheeler was the singer from the Sundays, she grew up in Sonning Common, which is near Reading in Berkshire, England :thumbsup:
