All the wide open space and coutryside

Gun rights, especially conceal and carry

you can straighten out your life no matter your past, and come out on top

low taxes (in Texas anyway)

No matter the current situation, millions upon millions of people risk their lives to get here by any means necessary.

I dont know if I'm more grateful for living in Texas or in America. We got it real good here. Low taxes and small Govt. Enough said.

I wish all the younger folks could have lived in the USA in the 1950s, and early '60s ... it was so different from today, the people were different, too

I love the FOOD, you can get food from
anywhere in the world here. I remember
when I lived in the Philippines for a while
helping build houses for those that need
it.

Sort of like Habitat For Humanity but
with my uncle who married a woman
from the Philippines and decided to
help a lot of the people in her town
by building them houses and furniture.

Anyway I'm getting off topic, while I
was there I ate rice and veggies 3 times
a day with no deviation.

When I got home (back to the US)
the first thing I did was ate a mixing
bowl full of cereal. The bowl was big
enough for 3/4 of a box and a 1/2 gal.
of milk.

I missed food the most, and I love the
US for the variety of food that we have
access to.
