You're not very likely to find any commercial buds that have been treated with the same loving care that most organic gardeners put into their plants, so growing your own is a really sensible way to keep a constant supply of unadulterated medicine on hand. Still keeping my fingers crossed that the state and federal governments will eventually recognize the benefits that cannabis can provide for sick individuals and reconsider their stance on criminalization - until then, there will always be clandestine growers willing to put in the time needed to grow high-quality medicine. I'll definitely be one of them.
