Also don't blame you at all for not buying any of that commercial garbage. There's no telling what's in that stuff. I remember hearing a year or two back of some dealers putting silica, amongst other things, in their buds to bump the weight up. I know it was a pretty big problem in the UK at one point, and definitely was an issue in the States. I wouldn't be surprised if that's what was causing the sparks you described in those non-organic buds. Just another good reason for decriminalization/regulation of cannabis... take the power out of the hands of careless idiots just looking to make a buck on a sub-par product.
I myself have a chronic medical condition, and because I'm going through a 'Anti-Viral toxin removement ' that literally is on a seek and destroy for viruses and toxins (metals, whatever). :stoned::stoned::stoned:

Anyway, organic is limited in Midwest, a lucky find. I do organic because I don't want to expose myself to potential harmful stuff at anytime in the entire process of the seed to the smoke:rastasmoke::rastasmoke:
