Most of the jobs I've applied for will require a drug test to complete the pre-employment screening...

I have a physicians statement, but I doubt Best Buy or any other company will care. If I fail the drug test (likely) and present them with my physician's statement, do you think I will just get laughed out of their office?

Possibly so. Employers are not obligated to view MMJ cards as "get out of jail free" cards. Even if cannabis were legalized across the board, employers still retain the right to refuse any pot user to work for them.
