I posted this in a outdoor growing thread aswell because i feel like it covers both the most amazing thing EVER just happened to me and my friends today! we decided to go over to my friends parents house(which he no longer lives at) to party because they're out of town. so we roll up a blunt and go out in the back yard to smoke it, and i'm just standing there when mike and everybody are looking over in the corner of the yard like it they just saw god, IT WAS A FULLY GROWN HYDROPONIC Rating: 5

To really get the taste/potency, you should dry it for at least 1 week (2 weeks even better) and then store it in the dark in a sealed glass jar for another 2-3 weeks (open it once a day to expel moisture and air-out). You'll notice that towards the 3rd week of curing, it will be at it's best and possibly even on it's way to getting better and better....

wow thats weird, i had no idea. I would have thouht that the bud would be more potent fresh but what do i know. i just smoke it lol


and bombdiggidy, it was completely not up to me because it wasn't my house. actually i think i was the only one that thought about that before they cut it down.

Think about this for a second... you obviously don't know a whole lot about how these plants grow, but they don't just shoot up and form buds overnight or with a moderate amount of rain. It takes months for cannabis to complete it's life-cycle, especially outdoors where conditions sometimes work against it, and which makes it a bit more likely that the home owners knew about it... especially if it looked as good as you attempted to describe it. Plus, if it was in an area that was visible while doing yard work/cutting grass/etc., then it's pretty likely that the dude's parents would have yanked it out of the ground immediately after seeing it if they didn't want it there. These plants tend to stick out like a sore thumb. The fact that it was still there, reportedly growing well, has to make you wonder whether or not the parents knew it was there.

Might want to watch out when the parents do return home... you might have one pissed off grower on your hands. :jointsmile:

haha, yeah i know but we think that his parents didn't even know it was there because their weedeater was broken, i noticed that there was grown up weeds all around the edges of the yard. however there were several empty weed and grass killer bottles in his garage, so i don't know. also his mother has real bad eye sight aparently so that probably helped.

He said he thinks his mom might have seen it and left it alone because she might have thought it was pretty. and i believe this because she doesn't know anything about drugs she is way to religious. she wouldn't know what a pot plant looked like. His dad is a college proffesor i highly dout that he grew it.

I think we were as lucky as we could have possibly been here, but hey look on the bright side :stoned:

oh and also, the plant had probably started growing riht at the beginning of this last spring, and soon after that is sister ended up getting stomach cancer real bad and they've been dealing with that ever since. She is ok though.

Since his parents have been having to deal with this the whole time then i highly doubt that they would have been taking time to grow pot. Know what i'm sayin

When I was in high school ive seen this happen. Me and some friends used to smoke in this water runoff area behind some houses. We always tossed the seeds and eventually they started to grow. No one ever took care of them and they turned out real thin and poor looking. If it was as good as you say... sounds like it was being taken care of.

maybe to much water in the soil or something, you said by a water runoff.

I will agree however that it certainly looked good enough to believe that it was taken care of, but i'm sticking to my theory of what happened still. :thumbsup:

I agree with what the others are saying their is no way that it would have grown as well as you say it did if it was wild. Most likely the cancer stricken sister probably grew it, even if she didn't you might want to share some of the bud with her
