i WANNA GROW 1 PLANT IN MA ROOM...I NEED TO KNOW WHAT WATTAGE I NEED AND HOW MUCH ITS GONNA COST.....THX

home depot has Phillips---canadian tire has GeneralElectric---48'' 40W flourescent bulbs and u need a doublebulb ballasted fixture for 2 bulbs. Get 2 flourescent 48''cool white bulbs for starting up to getting big and get 2 flourescent 48''warm plant bulbs for flowering cycle up to harvest. So if u get 4 bulbs ,2 fixtures---about 70$
