So here's the details: I received a gram of 15X extract from Salvia World, and I split it up with my friend. I started with 100 mg, and I did what I thought was the proper procedure/technique: put it in the bong, lit the bowl with a butane lighter, hold it in for 20-30 seconds, blow out and don't inhale air but immediately go back to bong, repeat 2-3 times, Rating: 5
