Smoking after having a wet cough

I had a productive cough for a week. During which I had a gross accident at the gym running on a treadmill trying to speed up clearing out my lungs and spewed a phlegm wad in front of everyone.

Anyhow im mostly over it but still coughing up a bit of crap in the mornings and once in a while during the day. You think I can have a smoke again yet or it'll just make me take longer to finally get all the shit out of my lungs?

Actually the THC and other canabinoids in the smoke are both bronchiodialators and act as an expectorant, so you should be able to clear your lungs more quickly by smoking.

I have the same problem dude, I have asthma and inhaling smoke isn't the best. But like skrill said it is a bronchodialator. Every time I smoke I cough up chunks of phlegm with smoke particles and junk in them. It's gross. Sorry you had to read that.

dude, everyone has been sick the same way. the only cure is to smoke it out. even if your coughing up phlem you need to smoke, especially if it makes you cough. OUT WITH THE BAD IN WITH THE GOOD!!!
