help, BUD MOLD????

hey guys got a quick question for yous, i dont even know if im posting this in the right section but i recently picked up some homegrown weed that was grown outside, the weed is super strong but was wondering i broke a bud open and it is whitish inside the bud like fuzz and under closer inspection under 60x and 100x magnification from scope and it looks like fuzz or webs is that mold???? dont know if i should smoke it or not.... please help thanks

If you suspect it to be mould then do not smoke it! You don't want to be breathing mould spores directly into your lungs. It would worry me, because inside your lungs it is dark, warm and moist, perfect conditions for cultivating mould (just a hunch). I believe that may lead to a nasty chest infection.

You could probably use it to cook with though, so don't bin it! :thumbsup:

sounds like u found the good stuff I would have to say no its not mold, some potent strains will have exactly what u describe. Mold is pretty easy to spot when u know what to look for, its more of a flat white, then the glistening crystals normally found on the inside. I've cracked some serious buds appart before and there's nothing like finding a serious amount of tricomes on the inside. If the bud is dense and really good, its probably just the mass of tri's it produced. do a google search for mold and marijuana and ull get some pics and decide for urself.
