In 6.2, out 5.9 says to me your TRUE soil pH is more like 5.7, you'll need to work on that. Also, check the pH AFTER adding nutes. The pH of RO water not only is meaningless chemically, but also cannot be accurately read by a typical hobby-level pH pen. Once you ADD shit to it, though, the pH becomes important.
I also see you are running RO water with no mineral supplement. Not only does that mean not enough calcium to the plants, but it makes the soil more susceptible to drops in pH over time.
Heavy watering plus extended time in the dark helps explain the problem as well. I take it your lights are back on?
How long have those plants been in the same pots? ProMix can sour quickly if you have any fertilizer/water issues. 6 weeks is normal; I've seen as little as 3, in extreme conditions. I always try to run my fertilizer solution WITH calmag if the water is even a LITTLE soft, and adjust it to right around pH neutral to offset the natural tendency of peat based media to drop in pH over time. Peat is really acidic; that's why those British bog mummies never decomposed.
Good luck.

I have no way of getting cal mag down were I live , so will it help to maybe use some tap water mixed with RO water to help a bit .
Also , do you recommend transplanting the plants to another pot , they have been in these for 4 weeks more or less.
If my PH in my medium is 5.7 I should have my solution be a bit higher to get the medium to raise , I will try my solution at 6.5 to see what happens next watering.
Thanks Stinky again.
