I Have One Month To Be Completely Clean

Basically I been threatened to be locked up for 9 months if I fail another drug test by my PO!!!! My smoking days are over, at least for a year. But I need to make sure I'm completely clean in a month time because any trace and I'm sure he's going to lock me up.

The first drug test I took, it was claimed to be "diluted" which I did, and my PO made me take another test, which I subsequently failed, in which afterwards he mocked me and say "you are smoking your job away." F-ing dick.

What are some ways I can speed the process of being clean? I already exercise like a madman pretty much everyday. Is there anything else I can do to clear my system? The system is going to screw me if I don't! I been a long-time smoker, smoking basically very potent stuff. I'm afraid I'm not going to clear out in time.

A month is usually long enough for most people to get clean, especially with a little dilution. I wouldn't worry about it.
