Do a web search for Dr. Etling. She is hard to get ahold of, but once you do she is a great understanding person. As far as signing, that is what is advertises on her site. She has even helped people acquire a card that did not have a underlying condition.

I'm in Las Cruces, and grow my own, but there is alot of california bud that comes to town and sells pretty reasonably. For instance, trainwreck...400 an oz, norhern lights 400 oz.....actually doesnt get any more expensive than that unless you are trying to get some from some punk ass kid.
