I am not saying that LEDs wont work just that at this point they aren't the most efficient to grow with. But they do work. You might make out well with a space that size using the UFO. WHen you do grow. Please do a log. I am interested to see how you make out.
It's in the indoor growing section, I have the 90w UFO and a 2 tube Shoplight w/natural sunshine bulbs. The total area is 40cuft
