Started with natural light. Ok to move to CFL's?

I'm working on my first grow with the tub setup. While my seeds germed and I gathered supplies, I started a handful of seeds. They have sprouted and after 5 days are about 1.5" high. My box is done and I would like to move them here on a 18/6 light schedule. Considering that they have been used to the natural light, will I be doing them any harm by moving them tomorrow (they are in the dark now) morning and starting the 18hrs of light?
