I didn't say that, reread post. I was saying that at a point in time before its a fetus, its just a mass of cells with the potential to become a fetus/human being.

Its not an easy thing for her to bring that child to term, and deliver it, and why should she have to? They do tests right away after a rape is reported, so they'd know if she was pregnant, and they could terminate the pregnancy right away, before it becomes a fetus.
