More light is always good, Your plants seem to be on their second set of true leaves, which is about right with the light you've been giving them.
Patience is what growing is all about , just give them time, more light, and some TLC and you should be good.. try to enclose the area you're working with so no light can escape, theres hundreds of forum threads around here with box setups and designs, most of them pretty cheap too.
Short story is just do more reading, and when you think you know everything, read some more.
