Some strains show sex under constant light at a very young age. Get rid of that male (unless you are making seeds) It's not uncommon to have a male in flower under constant lighting. It's nothing compared to what they do under 12/12. They can cover a whole room in yellow pollen and have thousands of male flowers everywhere!

Some plants will also flower or semi-flower under stressful environmental conditions, under drought, severe nutrient imbalances, or when they are rootbound.

It's a simple survival mechanism. What are your conditions like btw?
