Plants leaf edges are rusting! 4 weeks of floweing

    Hi
I'm in my 4th week of flowering and many of my leaves edges seem to be turning yellow/brown.

At the moment all i'm only using Bloom A + B + Potash (with tap water of course). On week 5 i'll be putting Bloom A + B + Liquid Lead in
I'm watering about 4 times a day, 6pm-6am-12pm-12am, but have changed that to only 4pm and 10am (the lights are on at 4pm-4am)

Also my buds dont seem LONG (vertical) as most i've seen on the net. I dont know what strain this is but the same strain got me long buds last time. This time it seems to be just getting fat on the tips.

Any help is appreciated, i'm a complete noob and only know the basics thanks.

Okay so im no master weed jedi either, but if i had my guess i would say that your leaves are fine... your plants are sucking up every ounce of nitrogen to produce more buds, causing the leafs to yellow. They look like they're far enough in for the buds to be able to photosynthesize on their own, so trimming down some of the fan leaves is an option.

Other than that the cola's on your plant are massive, and if you really are only 4 weeks in, thats a damn good strain for them to look that meaty. I wouldn't be too worried, just make sure you keep them well fed and well lighted, and you should be golden!:rastasmoke:

Thanks for the quick reply. Are you sure its supposed to happen? because looking at photos of other peoples grows theirs always seem green and healthy. This strain i'm using is apparently not that good according to friends.

About 1% or lesss of the hairs are getting brownish.
Do these plants continue to flower until the eighth week?

Thanks, hopefully i'll get some photos of the end result in a few weeks

may be an over fert. thats not actually all that bad, i would just back off a little bit on the nutes and keep an eye out. You seem to be watering a lot for soil?

It has alot to do with light.... If the light does'nt penetrate the top canopy, then you will get those fat nugs like you have... 4 of my plants have necrosis and the leaves are starting to canoe.. They are turning down towards the stem and covering the bud sites... Therefore not enough light.. My remedy since I'm so close to flowering is to flush and trim back the leaves from the stalks... I'm getting alot more light to the stalk and they are filling out better now. I don't normally trim anything! I don't suggest it to anyone! This was an emergency fix for me! Get some light in there!

How often do you flush? Coco retains excess minerals, salts and nutrients.
