When is flowering considered started??

Personally, I've always timed it from when I go 12/12, rather than when growth changes. Although I continue with veg nutes until a week or so into 12/12.

After doing a fair amount of research and trialing of my own, I have to agree with continuing the veg nutes into the early flower stages (1st or 2nd week tops).
My very first grow I ran out of N around 4-5 weeks, thats from quiting the N the day I flipped to 12/12. Didn't make that mistake this time and... (see attachment)
This is day 53 on 12/12.. I think I timed the N running out pretty well this time
