Pics 1,2 and 4 look like a MG + MN deficiency.
3 looks like overfert' and 5 looks like its lacking K hard out.
All of which could be PH.. what is it? Do you test? and if so how?

Also.. how do you know this...
"16) Are your ph levels stable, or do they fluctuate? soil ph stays at around 7-7.5"

If not.. u sure had better start soon.. nobody will be able to acurately help you with these issues until you have a good ph.. then work from there.
