Rather harvest early than see my plants be killed. When I harvest, my plants should be okay with being cut back right? I've had one grow back ( it's even starting to "bud/flower" ) from little more than a stump so I'm guessing they're reasonably hardy. Any suggestions for keeping them alive over winter?
