Drug Test/PHYSICAL? Anyone help?

I am going to have to take a physical/drug test (piss test) at a company doctor's office for an upcoming job.

I am 6'1", about 195 lbs, 23 years old, have a relatively high percentage of body fat and also a relatively sedentary lifestyle for the past several months. I Quit smoking on October 10th, and prior to this I smoked about a gram or 2 a day for several years (usually mid-grade weed).

Does anyone have some words of advice or techniques I can use to pass this test? I would really like to substitute but I'm worried I won't be able to pull it off because of the physical part. I do not really trust dilution even though it has worked for me in the past (now, I have a much slower metabolism and more body fat). Anyone had a similar experience or advice they can share with me? Anything would be appreciated.

I have been a long term member of this forum for the past 3 years and have passed tests before after receiving advice to use synthetic urine (Quick Fix 4.0). I was also able to pass 3 years ago using dilution after only 5 days time, but like I said, this was when I had a much faster metabolism, lower body fat, etc (and the test was at a hospital, not a lab, so who knows if they even checked for integrity). Also, I had some general questions about dilution like what aspirin does for you, how do you maintain the correct specific gravity, where do you obtain creatine, where can you buy the at-home tests, and whats the most accurate at-home test, but I'm more interested in people's experiences with a combined test/physical.

In my experience they usually do the physical first and do the the UA last. So I would nuke the synthetic urine for 10 seconds, wrap it in a heat pad and stick it in my pocket. Then after the physical I get dressed transfer it to my shorts and go take the UA.

Do you think if would be riskier going the dilution route and not having a 100% guarentee of a clean urine specimen, or going the substitution route but risk getting caught with it during the physical process?

sup chillum. u should at least try subbing it. i actually just got back an hour or so ago from my local hospital. i had the physical with a UA. i used the ultra klean synth urine to sub it out for mine. so to make sure i could hide it for the physical if need be, i bought 3 pairs of tight boxer briefs.i wore the unaltered one on skin, cut up the 2nd for parts and used it to sew a pocket into the crotch of the 3rd where i could access it even if some1 was in the room but still keep it warm(bad idea tho, it made bubble sounds wen air was sucked in) but luckily the lady jst made me empty pockets and dyed the toilet. i also diluted just in case someone was watching, but i failed the hometest yesterday. i stuck bottle in my pocket after i was done n left. had the physical right after, easy. n should b gettin a nice call monday. u gotta at least give it a shot, i was freaking out wicked, but i was optimistic after i saw that boxer idea on another forum. good luck man, hope this helps ya n

I recommend doing both. !st line of defense is to try and sub. If you can't do that then be prepared with dillution.

Thanks for the responses guys. I was thinking the best bet would probably be to take a sub (I got a clean friend so I won't have to use synthetic, even though its worked in the past for me) but prepare for dilution just in case, and you guys confirmed what I was thinking. My only worry would be having them find my sub which would be an automatic fail, so I was a little iffy about it. However, that rigged-up underwear idea sounds pretty solid. I was thinking about stuffing it in my sock or something, but your idea seems better. Can you go into a little more detail about how you put it together, or perhaps a suggestion on improving it? My only worry would be having it detected during the physical process, although I guess temp could also be a concern.

In any case, I'll post back when she's all said and done.
