Zig zags are unnecessarily thick and harsh. Unless you're buying incredibly cheap bud, the cost of quality papers is insignificant.
I like rice papers the best. Elements are one of the best of the well distributed brands; also available online. You can get a pack of 300 for about $5.

i mean, i like the tops. they are like 1 inch, but its so fun to stuff them as full as possible. im not a joint person cause they waste, so if they are small and compact i figure ive wasted less, and gotten a good buzz. i only roll with mids though, i roll with my glass for the danky.

Pure hemp papers filled with pure hemp.
They cost 3 times the price of papers made from pulped timber, but it's worth it to me to support the hemp fibre industry.

My favorite paper is the RAW Connoisseur King. It is a slim paper so it doesn't burn too much extra paper. Its a little bit more difficult to roll but well worth the extra effort. It tastes amazing and is super smooth because it is unbleached. It also contains unbleached tips so that you can roll yourself a perfect tip for the perfect joint.
Almost forgot lol... It has a great watermark and they never run on me.
