they look good but your pots realy need to be wider next time start them in a 6 litere pot square pot and they can be kept in them throughout, my grows have always started in 6 litres and finished with a high yield in these same pots for five years now and the low light intensity is prob a factor in not bulking up enough to me they look like cfl flowers i know you are using a hps but you can also get them 3 inches from this light i have a 250 and a 600 the 600 needs to be 12 inches but the 250 can be like 5 inches away for optimal results so id get the light about three inches also have you put enough holes in that ice cream tub or the water will go nowhere its needs drainage this is the key and if you cant afford mylar use black and white its the next highest reflective material down from mylar but is way cheaper
