i concur with fleet. i painted the walls of the DIG.. my flower cab and now it is like looking at the sun whereas when the walls were straight ply it was only like that when you looked at the buld (bad idea btw)
find a new lighting supplier...1000bulbs seems to be popular

I'm pretty much penniless at the minute.... so I cant go out and buy a new light just yet.... the cheapest 125w-150w CFLs to fit an E40 hanger are around £30....which I havent got...

So i've hooked up 3 X 20w CFLS and have got them in my veg cab as we speak... It's 'VERY GHETTO' haha! I'll post some pics for you guys to have a laugh at!

But It seems to be doing the job at the minute on my pineapple express! (3600 lumens)

Oh' and after being inspired by fleetspop's inspirational grow I ordered some seedsman white widow from the attitude which arrived yesterday! :thumbsup:

Ok,

Well it's around about Day 22 of Flowering for the Afghan girls... The Girls are doing well and are loving thier new 150w HPS!

What a difference I have noticed in the past 2 weeks compared to thier first week under the envirolite!

I think the bud's are still pretty small for a Lady of 3 weeks into flower... But maybe I'm just wishing they were bigger.... :jointsmile:

I will be adding canna PK when the girls get to 5 weeks.... and I've heard GREAT things about the product!... so It'll be interesting to see the results.....

Beautiful plants, I myself is an inspired gardener and am going to start my 1st grow in the next couple of months.......I am hoping that my plants look like yours, if I knew about this site earlier I would have followed from the 1st day, but enough ass kissing, keep the good work up!:rasta:

You go for it!.... I cant recommend Canna Coco enough for your grow! I think it may be the secret to my success so far! Its like hydro without the hassle :thumbsup:

yea man the the wait is yet to come ,, if you want to do it right!

you still have to dry and cure . after you harvest... week (X).

and for soil grows check out some greensand its npk is 0-0-3 but its a begining soil additive / first trans plant

I'm pretty pleased with them so far.... Afghani seem's to have been a good choice..... pretty hardy strain!

So last night I flushed the girls through with some good old Scottish tap water... (boiled and cooled...around 6.5 PH straight from the tap)

This will be thier last Flush until 2 weeks before harvest...

The G13 Pineapple is still under the Ghetto set-up and will go into flower around about the 26th... Its bottom leaves are slightly yellow, so I think it may be time to feed it some nutes.....

Oh' And I have also trimmed off some of the top leaves on the Afghani so more light can get to the lower buds.... but I have kept the large fan leaves in tact.....

As for curing.... I don't have a grow book... so pretty much all the information on growing I have been getting from this site.... I'm thinking when the time comes to hang the trimmed buds upside down in a cardboard box..... as long as its dry and dark....right?
