If you don't have too many clear trichs in there I would cut that sexy bitch down and start the fondling process. Looks ready to me!

Ummmm.....he has ONLY clear trichs.

MB - I'd continue to flower if I were you. If you were on your 11th or 12th week of flowering, I'd probably think about cutting. But you're at week 8...I'd give her at least another week t show some amber. Personally, I think that your plant is so happy that she still wants to develop more for you :greenthumb:

I see a few that might be starting to turn amber, but not enough for my personal preference; I'd let her keep doing her thing. You don't want to waste the first 118 days of your work only to harvest too early!

Also, for trich pics, it's easier to distinguish clear/cloudy/amber in sunlight or 65K bulbs. The 27K bulbs used to flower are to yellow for trich pics. Do you have a Radio Shack near you? For $8-12, you can get a microscope and see for certain. Illuminated Microscope - RadioShack.com

She looks kick-ass, MonkeyBone!! I'd agree she probably should go another week or so. Snag one or two of the lower buds now, but keep her going. You might like some with a more uppity feel!

That's a great idea. No doubt she'll smoke wonderfully if cut now, take a sample to compare with the extra couple weeks waiting for amber.

yeye, keep her going, which im sure you are. Every day since this past Friday I have said I would cut one down but just cant seem to do it. Buddy earlier who said why spend 115 days only to crop it to early is exactly right. Iv takin some little clips from both strains and my clones, very good stuff so far, it can only get better as Im sure yours will as well.

No more $$ in this grow..but i'll take some pics with brighter and whiter lights at the end of the week.

Smoking lower buds won't help me find if she's ready or not. Lower buds are not ready for sure, they are developping more! But higher buds are not developping more much. PS: I don't smoke :P

i've noticed (and read) that you won't necessarily get a bunch of amber trichs with CFLs. just my $.02.

To cut it or not to cut it, that is the question...there is not much new growth on main cola and higher buds...So I think I'll cut the bitch down this week-end...I'm not 100% sure tho!!
