seedlings dried out,,,:(

heyy guys
when my seedlings were about 4 days old i was unable to water them for one day,,,its been two days since and only one is alive,,the others are bent to the side, and appear to be dried up,,are they dead??
will try to post some pictures.

well right before you planted them i believe the soil should have been thoroughly watered, and that's all the water you would need for the first couple weeks depending on what kind of lighting they were under. How far are your lights? what kind are they? a troubleshooting form would help a lot more for everyone who would want to help you. To me the one sounds like a gonner.

well i germinated them in these peat moss circles which i use for the first few days before transferring to little cups
right now i have a 5000k 23watt cfl
about 2-3 inches above the seedlings
