1. The President can no more "legalize weed" than you or I.
2. Let's assume for the sake of argument that this was legit, think about it for about oh...4 seconds. How in fucks sake would they be able to determine that
1. the people calling are legal voters?
2. the people calling live in the u.s?
3 the people calling aren't in fact just an auto caller?

C'mon man?
