i would say it is largely strain dependent, growing method, and wattage. stalkier bushier plants will need more width and topping them or lst will be even more so. plants that grow narrow and thin need more hight and of course light penetration is a factor on both. 4x4 could be enough with a 1000 watt

I'm on a limited budget so the system will grow and evolve over time, starting out very DIY and winding up very turnkey. I want to have 2 SOG/aeroponic grow chambers, one veg, one bud of 5 plants each (in addition to 2 mother plants and then I'm okay in CA). My question (probably the first of many) what is the optimal amount of space for 5 plants in a SOG setup. I want to give the plants Rating: 5
