What kind of system should I get?

I'm very new at this, have been reading these forums for a few weeks but it has been a long time "dream" of mine to grow some plants myself.

I dont want to build anything because im lazy and dont want to run around for supplies so I want to ask what kind of system I should buy at around 300-400 â?¬ (max 500 USD) Can be cheaper as well. This should pretty much cover "everything". I dont need anything hi-end, just a working basic set. I am growing for two people. I was thinking about/opting towards a hydroponic system (simple for beginners). I have searched alot with google

and found sites like Buy Hydroponics Grow Systems Here!

but I have no idea what I should lean towards to.. I live in the eu and i would very much like to order from the eu (holland / uk etc).

Any tips on specifically what would best suit my needs?

with that budget i would grow with soil. hydro may seem easy but there is a lot of equipment you need than just the hydro tank and tray or pots. when i made the switch i had to buy a water chiller, ec meter, dehumidifier, a few backup pumps. just those things alone i listed cost around $500 usd. if you really want hydro try and look for used stuff. after its been used its very cheap. i go to craigslist.com for used equiptment but dont know how popular it is out there.

Assuming your budget is for the hydro system only I would go for the Rainforest 66.

i learn that if u make your own, it will help u out in the long run as u learn and grow with it. there different hydro system. DWC, EBB n Flow, or GRow, and there Drip system. so see what work best for u. DWC seem to b really eazy. here is one for 60 buck . all it is, is a fish tank air pump connected to a air stone giving the roots oxygen and your plant will grow hella fast if u balance your PH level right. between 5.5 and 6.5.
