I will put out a contact just before filing.I have standing so the suit is written about me,but it could easily become a class action.There is a class action section ready to be put in by my lawyer,a civil rights lawyer in Tukwila,JK, if enough people come forward.Their issues have to be related to the lawsuit or the issues above.I have evidence to support an argument for a conspiracy to create and enforce plant limits ,undermine the affirmative defense,and seize medical marijuana for the DEA and by pass the Washington State seizure laws.

The problem is that for most of my claims..and perhaps for others is the statute of limitations so I can't wait to look for enough people to ask for certification of a class action.However there is no statute of limitations for a 1983 action. So if I can proove a civil conspiracy existed ,and get a ruling based on a 1983 action,then others in the same boat might be able to file a writ or something ..they can get a lawyer and go for it.
