Hear is the deal...white widow grows rather large and will require a 3 gallon pot to flower. The light you are looking at has a light footprint of not much larger than a (one) square 3 gallon container. T-5 lights require that you lower the light down to no more that a couple or 3 inches from the tops of your plant(s) to receive enough light for decent growth. T-5 lights in my opinion are super for veging plants but I just don't think you get the penetrating power that a HPS system has. You may be better off looking at a 150watt HPS system and doing like 2 plants a grow until you get the hang of growing. White widow does not smell like roses when growing, what have you planned about odor control? Nothing will get you busted faster than the smell of pot coming from your residence.
