Hot water and lemon juice as soon as you wake, within an hour you'll start to feel hungry. You need to be eating more fresh produce, all those packet and convenience meals are too high in sodium, msg etc. Include lots of cereals and grains, oily fish and fruit and vegetables. It's just a matter of retraining your body and getting into a routine with meals. Oh and include one of those one a day multi vitamins. The best of luck, let us know how you get on.
