If one is just completely blitz (eyes shot & uncontrollable highness) and gets busted for erratic driving or there is a traffic accident, can they test for marijuana levels? How is the test done? What is the "legal limit"? Does the standard 50ng/mL apply? What ng/mL levels would one have immediately smoking out? Rating: 5
