Welcome!
That's a neat little light. I've never seen one of those here. It should work well to cover about 1 square foot.

That's the "special" one you use when the plant is flowering. :hippy:

Now put that baby away till you want to flower your plant! It's "stretching" a bit already, and that light is why. :wtf:

All you need for that plant right now is "bluish" bulbs. Around 6500 K color temp if possible, like a regular "daylight" fluorotube in a shoplight. Might be called "cool white," too. That doesn't mean much. Look for the actual color temp. 5500 deg K is OK, too. Also, CFL bulbs work fine. You just have to use the cold, blue looking ones for your plant right now.

That HPS bulb you've got is ~2300 K.--way too red for this stage, but a great budding lamp.

How long are you running the light each day? Should be AT LEAST 16 hrs a day.

There's a lot to read here. You better get started! Everything you need to know is written here, I betcha.

HTH, Hermie
And be careful not to burn down your cardboard box. That doesn't look very safe.

That's a pretty little plant, BTW.
