    Root Balls Vs. Regeneration

I doubt I'll get a response on this technical question, but has anyone ever tried maintaining an entire root ball either indoors or outdoors on a fully mature, harvested plant for regeneration?. I hear they can grow back when maintained above 40F. I'm going to try it both outdoors in the Mid-West as well as indoors.

    Seen this?

Or are you wanting to "store" the rootball for awhile, like sticking cuts in the fridge for a few weeks?

    Root Balls Vs. Regeneration

Allow me to review that link first(thanks!), the root balls are in the original 5 gallon buckets completely intact. I have 2 in particular(one Indica and one Sativa) that I would like to save if possible.

I have a good seed stock from both strains, but my horticultural hobby with this has me doing a continuation of the project beyond simply starting from scratch.

And a fun hobby it is!

    Regards,

    Biz
