you get the penis semi-hard, and make the "okay" sign with your thumb and pointer finger around your penis and slide downward with moderate pressure releasing the pressure at the head of the penis. you dont want to pull on the head because you will damage nerve endings. before and after this practice you are supposed to do what is called a warm wrap. dampen a wash cloth with warm water and wrap it around your penis for a few minutes.
