Been clean for 2 years, Last night i decided i deserved 2 small tokes from a pipe. Well that was about the worst night of my life. My god the paranoia was staggering. Almost was in tears. Long story short, workplace has randoms dont know when or ever if i will get one. Any steps i can take to relieve this baggage off my shoulders. Male 42 years old 6 foot 160 good metabalism. If those two tokes were small as you describe it, its probably not enough to register.

Take a home THC test tomorrow using your first-morning pee, just to see for sure.

Thx for reply, lungs couldnt take much after being out of the game for so long! Going to pick up a test tommorow and give it a whirl mon morning. Any tips on diets or liquids to maintain?

No, not really. Drinking fluids is only helpful on the day of the U/A, in which youre not sure of when will that be.

Keep us posted of your home test result, and we'll go from there.....

Thx Toast! Dont get me wrong i love pot but never again until i retire and i will smoke myself to death. lol I thought it be ok 2 hits in 2 years come on! Im such addict and risk huh

Awhile back, I used to toke on the average only 1 or 2 hits a day.
With good herb, its all I needed. I Did this for years.
When I found out about another job prospect, I had only 4 days notice. I just drank a lot of water and kept my fingers crossed.
When the time came for going to the clinic for testing they gave me a UA and drew 4 blood samples.
I was definetly nervous about it. I would not want to lose a job or a potential employer, (even though I completely disagree with anyone saying what I can or cant do on my time).
Theres no guarantee this will work for you, but maybe it will help you to relax knowing that I did infact pass the test and got the job.

i promis u it will be 100 percent out of your system in 2 days.i have a couple friends on felony probation and take one or 2 hits every couple of days,most have been tested within the following 48 hours and are clean.personally i dont now why they would risk such a thing but this has been happening for years now and nothing has yet to come of it.

2 hits wont even show up at all, you have nothing to worry about... you can even be a casual smoker, like 1 joint on saturday night every weekend and if they surprised you on monday and said you have a test tomorrow you would pass. i remember on loveline back in the day dr drew said you have to smoke between an 8th/qtr for it to show up.

your defiantley being paranoid, go buy the home test strip for thc lots of stores carry them, a local head shop will probably have the best priced ones. test yourself with your first morning pee and you will see that you are negative for thc, then you can put your paraniod thoughts to rest.
