On another note:...something, management MIGHT want to consider is...

1. giving MENTOR status to experienced growers; who advice can be trusted. Sort of a CannaCom seal of approval. If they go wrong; it could taken away, quickly. Would work in drug testing forum, too?

2. the seal of approval could be something simple....:bigsmoke:...(I like this one) ...in their sig or member status?
