Radioshack. The closest store was really small, but they had it when I went it. Tell them you're looking for the handheld microscope.

Edit: Here ya go! Illuminated Microscope - RadioShack.com Online it says $12, but mine was priced at $8. I own this exact one, and it's awesome. You can also use it with a digital camera to take close-ups if your camera doesn't have a macro setting.
