Yellow discoloration and dying branches
Knock it off, guys. I mean it. Your bickering isn't doing anything but wasting space on the server and making you both look like a pair of grumblecakes.
The big pictures that show the entire plant look like the plant is a bit too big for the pot, and will want to go to a 5-10 gallon pail with fresh light (yes add perlite) soil around it.
The odd patches of necrosis on the leaves make me think that there are sour regions in the soil, and dying branches make me think root rot, but the new upper growth doesn't look bad.
When you re-pot, it wouldn't hurt to add more drainage than you think you need, like holes in the SIDES of the pails, not just the bottoms. Those types of pails don't drain well because of the little rim on the base.
And in closing, I don't want to see any more of this sniping from the peanut gallery. I'd infract you both but my connection is slower than a constipated tortoise and I can't be bothered to wait.
