Hello to all and thanks in advance for any suggestions/comments, I just have a quick question (if there is such thing)

theres a 3week old plant, in Organic Miracle Grow Potting soil mixed with vermaculite, no added nutes, under 3 26w(6500k, 1600lums) CFL, indoor grow in a 2ft wide 2ft deep 4ft high box lined in mylar and i believe i have over watered, i watered here last week (wednesday) then again this tuesday and her leaves are very droopy, should i just waite and hope she bounces back since no more water is being added, or could i transfer her to same sized pot and hope new soil will save her ill throw up pics if neccessary

    Overwatering...solution?

drooping is a sign of underwatering as well, stick your finger about an inch and a half into the soil if its dry then u need to water, its a lot harder to bounce back from under watering than over.

    Overwatering...solution?

soil is definitely moist, she was watered on 09/23, but was dry for at least up to an inch deep into soil when she got 33oz of water 09/29, water is 6.5 going in but the drooping began 09/29 at night after watering that morning, but her bottom most leaves have never realy been nice and perky since i can remember...not to droopy either just inbetween the bottom most leaves are now turning yellow starting at tips.

*correction- she's mixed with about 20% perlite not vermaculite
