Took my return to work test Tuesday and passed. Had the same faint line on the home tests, so not sure how... But I'm back to work and swearing off drugs for the life of this job. Just some possible tips on why I passed:

First test failed- abstained for 10 days. Drank water like crazy and worked out the whole time. Stopped working out only one/two days prior to test and my daily job duties were physical. Day of test had to work, so could only drink less than two glasses of water and voided only two times before the test.

Second test passed- abstained for 10 days. Drank water like crazy and worked out first 5 days then stopped for last 5 days and was not doing daily job duties. Day of test did not have to work, so drank like 4-5 glasses of water, took aspirin, voided multiple times, took B12, took test.

Picked up two home tests from local drug store & both home tests said I passed (negative result). Submitted to official medical test and came up positive by 4ng/mL: Screening Cutoff = 50 ng/mL Confirm Cutoff = 15 ng/mL Confirm Quantity = 54 ng/mL If the confirm cutoff is 15ng, shouldn't a positive need to be at least 65ng (50+15)? Isn't the 15ng the error threshold? If not, what is "confirm cutoff" ? Rating: 5
