I know Montana and I beleive Rhode Island are the only states that recognize other states mmj permissions. However, if you carry it across state lines, youv'e gone federal. Montana (my state) allows you to buy from any caregiver (better than us who actually live there!)

My wife has to go to Oregon this weekend, she has a california prescription, if she gets caught with her medicine up there will the police give her any problems? I'm thinking she'll be breaking a law or two, but she has to have her MJ, so I know discretion will be needed. Rating: 5
