My only questions about diluting is does asprin still work and do energy drinks have the same effects as detox drinks?

aspirin doesn't work any more. Sports drinks are higher in eloctrolytes.
Detox kits just usually have some vitamins and usually creatine to help with dillution. They don't detox anything

I know that the detox drinks dont actually detox they are just called that...I was reading the label on the energy drinks and they also have the vitamins (although not as much) that the detox drink do. Some have B6 and B12 and some have niacin (although some say that dosn't work) I dont think they gad creatine though. So Im guessing the answer is no b/c the vitamins B6 and B12 are for the color of your pee i think

Energy drinks definitely help if you're trying to pass by dillution. And much cheaper than detox kits.
