how does water make it more potent? Yer adding volume by adding water to what u already have so how does it become more potent, im sure it becomes less potent. i also do it in a slow cooker and let sit on low over night...i make some cookies and evryone giggles there way to sleep!!!!!:rasta:imp::hippy::rastasmoke::smokin:
