I think it comes down to colour(Edit: Sorry, COLOR for you yanks )
The fluoro's are 2700K and the halide is 4000K.
Haven't done a comparison of the same fittings with cool daylight tubes/bulbs (6400K) vs the Halide in veg yet, but may do shortly.. we'll see

BTW: all bulbs/tubes were new for this grow, so all are supposedly at their lumen output ratings... I think

    Cheers

Can anyone tell me what the hell is happeing here..?
The girls in the fluoro area are going PINK!
The Halide area is growing pretty much the same as the original mom's, all white

If no one answers I'll post this in the problem section too
Is it the CFL's/Tubes doing this??
    Thanks

    Interesting thread J-J.

I see it in the pics.
Strange, but I've seen a friends WW clones appear quite different under different lighting. I wouldn't be concerned, they look plenty healthy. Interesting development though.

Temps in the spaces are equal, yes?

yep.. been sitting on 78 on the dot light on. From what I've read thats right on the money
The lowest the hydro/hygro-meter had recorded is 69 in the last 4 weeks. Thats only a drop of 9
It's the same lowest temp for both cupboards but the halide area has topped out at 86 at one stage, and the fluoro at 85.

    Cheers dude :rastasmoke:

just realised i haven't really given any indication of size...
the halide big girls are just over 36 inches and the fluoro's range between 10 and 12 inches

    Cheers
