F.Y.I for D.O.T Truck Drivers
Wow, my mistake. I know I saw the release from the DOT to the old company I worked for that managed the DOT's drug testing program, which stated that random tests were going to be observed back in August or September of 2008, but I guess it didn't pan out or something? :wtf: IDK, but sorry for the misinformation. I honestly thought that what I heard and saw with my own eyes from the DOT was the current regulation, and I didn't want anyone subject to DOT randoms to think they would be able to sub and then end up getting observed. But since you posted the entire regulation and I have downloaded and read it from the site myself and it is not in there, I now see I was in the wrong. Please accept my apology.

When working for DOT related companies it is my experience to educate yourself. They try to pull illegal stuff all the time and you really have to keep yourself informed as to when to tell them to fuck off.lol
