Hes not the first guy to get busted for smoking up a cat, 10 or so years ago here a high school kid accidently killed his sisters cat. Put in a box, he and his buddies put in who knows how many bong rips, forgot about the cat. 2 hours later, it was aphyxiated. Stories like those are so sad, how stupid can people be?! Its friggin sick.

BTW the kid did get charged and punished!
